In order to study the influence of nitrogen on the deflagration characteristics of premixed hydrogen/methane, the explosion parameters of premixed hydrogen/methane within various volume ratios and different dilution ratios were studied by using a spherical flame method at room temperature and pressure. The results are as follows: The addition of nitrogen makes the upper limit of explosion of hydrogen/methane premixed gas drop, and the lower limit rises. For explosion hazard (F-number), hydrogen/methane premixed fuel with a hydrogen addition ratio of 10% has the lowest risk, and nitrogen has a greater impact on the dangerous degree of hydrogen and methane premixed gas whose hydrogen addition ratio does not exceed 30%. In terms of flame structure, the spherical flame was affected by buoyancy instability as the percentage of nitrogen dilution increased, but the buoyancy instability gradually decreased as the percentage of hydrogen addition increased. The addition of diluent gas reduces the spreading speed of the stretching flame and reduces the stretching rate in the initial stage of flame development. The laminar flame propagation velocity calculated by the experiment in this paper is consistent with the laminar flow velocity of the hydrogen/methane premixed gas calculated by GRI Mech 3.0. Considering the explosion parameters such as flammability limit, laminar combustion rate and deflagration index, when hydrogen is added to 70%, it is the turning point of hydrogen/methane premixed fuel. 相似文献

Geogrid reinforcement can significantly improve the uplift bearing capacity of anchor plates. However, the failure mechanism of anchor plates in reinforced soil and the contribution of geogrids need further investigation. This paper presents an experimental study on the anchor uplift behavior in geogrid-reinforced soil using particle image velocimetry (PIV) and the high-resolution optical frequency domain reflectometry (OFDR). A series of model tests were performed to identify the relationship between the failure mechanism and various factors, such as anchor embedment ratio, number of geogrid layers, and their location. The test results indicate that soil deformation and the uplift resistance of anchor plates are substantially influenced by anchor embedment ratio and location of geogrids, whereas the number of geogrid layers has limited influence. In reinforced soil, increasing the embedment ratio greatly improves the ultimate bearing capacities of anchor plates and affects the interlock between the soil and geogrids. As the embedment depth increases, the failure surfaces gradually change from a vertical slip surface to a bulb-shaped surface that is limited within the soil. The strain monitoring data shows that the deformations of geogrids are symmetrical, and the peak strains of geogrids can characterize the reinforcing effects. 相似文献

Multilayer structure design is one of the most promising methods for improving the comprehensive performance of AlCrN-based hard coatings applied to cutting tools. In this study, four types of AlCrSiN/AlCrVN/AlCrNbN multilayer coatings, with different modulated thicknesses, were deposited to investigate their microstructure, mechanical, tribological, and oxidizing properties. All multilayer coatings exhibited grain growth along the crystallographic plane of (200) with a NaCl-type face-centered cubic (FCC) structure. The results show that, as the modulation thickness decreases from ~35 nm to ~10 nm, (1) the grain refinement effect is increasingly evident; (2) all multilayer coatings show a hardness of >30 GPa and an elastic modulus of >300 GPa. Both the ability to resist elastic strain to failure and the plastic deformation of multilayer coatings increase. In addition, their resistance to cracking reduces; (3) the wear rates of these multilayer coatings reduce successively from 1.78 × 10?16 m3 N?1 m?1 to 7.7 × 10?17 m3 N?1 m?1. This is attributed to an increase in self-lubricating VOx and a decrease in adhesives from the counterparts; (4) the best high-temperature oxidation resistance was obtained for the multilayer coating with a modulated thickness of ~15 nm. 相似文献

In this paper, TCO (Transparent Conductive Oxide) incorporating ultrathin Ag intermediate film is proposed as a new buffer layer to enhance the efficiency of CIGS thin-film solar cells (TFSCs). In this regard, versatile multilayer thin-films based on ZnO/Ag/ZnO and ITO/Ag/ITO structures were deposited on glass using RF magnetron sputtering technique to determine the optoelectronic parameters of the multilayer structures. The elaborated samples were then characterized using SEM, EDS, XRD, and UV–Visible absorption spectroscopy techniques to investigate the structure morphological, optical, and electronic properties. The deposited multilayer thin-films showed amorphous-like structure and exhibited a broadband absorbance over the visible and even NIR spectrum ranges, indicating its potential application as alternative buffer layers for thin-film solar cells. In this context, TCO/Ag/TCO/CIGS solar cells have been numerically investigated using the deposited multilayer optoelectronic properties. It was revealed that the estimated efficiency of the ZnO/Ag/ZnO/CIGS-based solar cell could reach 18.5% with an open circuit voltage of 0.7 V and a short-circuit current density of 34.8 mA/cm2. The performances exhibited by the investigated solar cell demonstrated that ZnO/Ag/ZnO multilayer can be used as an alternative to the conventional CdS buffer layer for developing high-performance non-toxic CIGS solar cells. 相似文献

Within the reactive oxygen species (ROS) generated by cellular metabolisms, hydroxyl radicals (HO•) play an important role, being the most aggressive towards biomolecules. The reactions of HO• with methionine residues (Met) in peptides and proteins have been intensively studied, but some fundamental aspects remain unsolved. In the present study we examined the biomimetic model made of Ac-Met-OMe, as the simplest model peptide backbone, and of HO• generated by ionizing radiation in aqueous solutions under anoxic conditions. We performed the identification and quantification of transient species by pulse radiolysis and of final products by LC-MS and high-resolution MS/MS after γ-radiolysis. By parallel photochemical experiments, using 3-carboxybenzophenone (CB) triplet with the model peptide, we compared the outcomes in terms of short-lived intermediates and stable product identification. The result is a detailed mechanistic scheme of Met oxidation by HO•, and by CB triplets allowed for assigning transient species to the pathways of products formation. 相似文献

The present work investigated the effects of thermal cycles in air on the tensile properties of a two-dimensional carbon fibre reinforced silicon carbide composite (2D C/SiC) prepared by chemical vapour infiltration at different heating rates. The composite was exposed to different cycles of thermal shock between 20 °C and 1300 °C in air. The damage mechanisms were investigated by AE online monitoring and fractured morphology offline analysis. The tensile strength of 2D-C/SiC decreases with increasing thermal cycles. However, the modulus only decrease within 40 cycles. Due to oxidation, with the decrease in heating rate, the residual properties of the material decrease more obviously. Meanwhile, the results of AE online monitoring and fracture analysis show that the matrix damage is more serious at higher heating rate and that more delamination occours in tensile fractures. The above results indicate that for the thermal shock of 2D C/SiC composites in air, oxidative damage plays a key role in the residual properties. 相似文献
